 I forgot my User name and Password. What should I do?How much will it cost to get a package shipped to me?Depending on the size of your package the cost of shipping your item will range from $20 upwards. To register and begin using our Address as your own is completely free. (Register Here) How will I be charged?We require your credit card details in order to ship your package. At the time of registration, we ask that you fill in your credit card details including your credit card number, the Security code on your credit card, and your Billing postal code. We will store your credit card on a secured website and will only use it to charge you at the time of your shipment. How long will it take for my package to arrive at my home address?It usually will take 3-7 business days from the day we receive your package at our warehouse for you to get it at your home address. How will I know when my package has arrived at your address?We will send you a notification as soon as your package arrives at our warehouse and we will continue to send you notifications throughout every processing stage of your package. Are there certain things I cannot buy?Yes. Certain flammable items like oil and paint; hazardous items like chemicals; tobacco items (including cigars and cigarettes); perishable foods (fruits, vegetables, fresh meats); firearms and weapons; Government ID’s. Can I ship documents?Yes. We gladly offer to ship your documents as long as these documents are not Government ID’s or cash. Do I pay for Customs, Duties, and Taxes?Yes. You are responsible for all duties, VAT and Customs charged on your package. Please contact your local government’s customs department for more information of regulations and fees. What if I cannot use my credit card to make an online purchase?We offer a buy-for-you service that will help you in case you are unable to use your international credit card online. Please click here for more information What is a Commercial Invoice?A commercial invoice is a document used by Customs to determine the duties and taxes to be charged on merchandise. The commercial invoice gives a detailed description of the merchandise, including its value and weight. We fill out the Commercial Invoice for our international users.
