How are shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your package and usually start at less than $30. (Register Here)

How will I be charged?

In addition to Paypal we accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diner’s Club.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days from the time we receive and process them.

How will I know when you have received my package?

We notify you via email and will continue to update you as your package progresses through our processing and shipping departments.

Is there anythings I cannot buy?

The following items are not eligible for international shipping: Hazardous and flammable goods, tobacco, perishable foods, firearms and government IDs.

Can I ship documents?

Yes. With the exception of government IDs and cash we can handle all of your document shipping needs.

Am I responsible for customs, duties, and taxes?

Yes. You are responsible for all duties, VAT and Customs charged on your package. Please contact your local government’s customs department for more information of regulations and fees.

My credit card was not issued by a U.S. bank. Can I still shop at U.S. based sites?

For the most part, yes. However, there may be a small number of U.S. sites that will not accept credit cards issued by non-U.S. banks. If you still wish to shop there, we have a special buying service.

What is a Commercial Invoice?

A commercial invoice is a document required for all shipments leaving the U.S. It's used to determine duties and taxes. We fill out this document as part of our service and at no additional charge to you.
